How to output a list of all reports and their folders in Production environment

Summary:

We are trying to map all reports in our production environment, with their folder locations. Does anyone know of an administrative tool that might be able to output this? Or is there a delivered report that can do this? Only need Report (both BIP and OTBI) Names and their folder locations
