How to change the donation hours during the donation in oracle cloud absence module?

Summary:

Functionality in Oracle Absence Cloud Module:

1) Define the Annual Leave Plan as plan type Accrual

2) Define the Donated Leave Recipient plan as plan type Donation

lets say, employee John is donating 8 hours PTO to co-worker employee Joe

John hourly rate is $20 per hour, total 8 hours rate is 8x20 =$160

John initiate a Donation to Joe from Annual Leave plan 8 hours.

Joe hourly rate is $10 per hour, Joe should see the hours in donation recipient plan, 16 hours ( 160/10 = 16 hours) instead of 8 hours.

we need this functionality and it is very critical for customer in Leave Donation program.

The Voluntary Leave Transfer program permits Regular employees to donate Annual Leave to other co-worker for documented medical emergency situations.
