Change Due Date in bulk

Hi there, we have assigned a course to a number of people with a due date 15th of April.

Their status is No Offering Selected. Now, the requestor wants to change the due date to 15th of May.

Is there a way to do that in bulk? I see this solution but it complicates the task.

I dont see any option in the Mass Actions. Any experiences?
