The payment framework provided with Oracle Commerce supports the saving of tokenized credit cards in the following scenarios:

  • The shopper saves the card during order submission, and the payment integration does not use 3D-Secure (3DS) verification (also known as payer authentication).
  • The shopper saves the card in the profile page.

This article describes how to add support for saving tokenized credit cards during order submission when the payment integration uses 3DS.
