Content (required):

We recently received 22A in our test instance where journeys is turned on. During testing we found that the attachment section of our questionnaire is not longer displaying in the task. We have confirmed that Attachment check box is selected and the attachment fields are populated in the Task Details and the Attachment section is set to Allow for all (performer, owner, line manager, other user).in the Task Display Settings.

At the Journey level the Task Display Setting - Questionnaire also have Attachment section set to Allow for all (performer, owner, line manager, other user).
