Is there an easy way to create tiles in OIA Interview?

Is there an easy way to display clickable tiles on an interview screen using a menu attribute or an entity? Rather than having a drop down menu I'd like to have multiple horizontal rows of tiles across the screen that has one choice from the list in each tile that the user can click to make their choice.
