Potential Duplicate - Low Match Score

Summary:

Hello,

My client is not using Talent Profiles as part of application flows and intends to capture DoB and SIN details only after the offer is accepted.

This puts a potential risk of re-drafting an offer if the application identifies a potential duplicate.

I am unable to understand why doesn't the application show a potential duplicate with a 'Low' match score when a recruiter manually searches for potential duplicates? (As per Oracle this will show up when Name + Address match)

I would like to know if you faced similar issue?

Application does not show potential duplicate when Name and Address details match
