How can I Trigger milestone?

I've Configured Milestones in HR Help desk.

Configured Availability, Standard Coverage, Default Coverage.

But when I tried to create a service request, Milestone is not triggered.

I don't know where I'm missing the configuration.

Can someone help?

I followed these steps to configure Milestones

1. Check the Functional Area “Service Entitlements” and enable the same (Navigation -> Navigator Menu -> My Client Groups -> My Enterprise -> Offerings -> Service -> Opt-In Features)

2. Availability , Standard Coverage , Default Coverage -> This setup can be from either Contract Management or Subscription Management based on your service Entitlement Setup

3. Manage Service Milestone Configuration for Business Unit - (Navigation : Setup and Maintenance -> Setup: Service -> Business Units -> Manage Service Milestone Configuration for Business Unit)
