Delay Communication Through Message Templates

Looking to set up a Message Template to go out to Candidates who are moving into the "Background Approved" Step/Status, but have the correspondence delayed 14 days after it is approved.

This is probably a shot in the dark and the only way I know of doing this is through onboarding, but I would like to not touch our onboarding process as we will be moving to ORC soon. Is there a way to set up a Message Template to be sent to Candidates who have gone into the "Background Approved" Step/Status, but have the Correspondence delayed by a certain amount of day? I wasn't able to find anything in implementing-recruiting documentation.
