Not able to get External Career sites option in the Posting section of a Job Requisition.

Summary:

Hi,

For one of the requirements to create a Hiring Manager role, we are not getting External Career sites selection dropdown in the posting section of Job Requisition.

Please see the attached Image for more details.

Can anyone please suggest why is this happening? Is there any privilege that needs to be added or any configuration change needs to be performed for the dropdown to appear in the Posting section?
