How to have a tile (Apps) under My Team open further into sub tiles on another page

Navigate to Tools >> Structure. Expand on My Team and click on Evaluate performance. Here, how can we create Tabs and Panel tabs?
We are looking to have an experience where Manager goes to My Team and click on Evaluate Performance. This now results in another page with sub-tiles like -
a) Team Check-ins
b) Team Goals
c) Team Performance Review
d) Team feedbacks
