How to call HCM extract parameter in BIP report.

Summary:

Hi all,

I am working on a loopback integration where I have built a BI report which fetches the data according to the parameter which will come from HCM Extract(parameter is effective date) . In HCM extract under delivery option I will call the BIP report and then generate the final file.

Could you please provide your inputs on how to achieve this?
