Accrual for Previous Years - Incorrect Balance Calculation Date and Plan Term

Summary:

We are facing an issue when trying to run the accrual (monthly Repeating Time Period) for employee hired in 2006, the accrual runs only from 2012; this is happening with all the plans.


Content (required):

We have Anniversary- Plan Term based Accrual Plans. We have employees which are hired around 2003/2006 and eligible for balance of the plan. The Configuration is below:

Accrual - Incremental

Repeating Time Period - Monthly

Accrual - Static Value (any)
