Looking for a way to flag high risk candidates

We are looking for a way to flag high risk candidates using an icon (or something) where all Recruiters will immediately be alerted that the candidate has been flagged as a high risk, and should not be considered by our Company.

We are looking for a way to flag high risk candidates using an icon (or something) where all Recruiters will immediately be alerted that the candidate has been flagged as a high risk, and should not be considered by our Company. It would be great if we could see this indicator when viewing candidates on the Requisition Submission summary page.
