SLA PPM: Derivation of Cost center, Location based on Person Record

How to derive Cost Center, Location Segment on the basis of default expense account assigned at the Person record

Customer is looking to derive Cost Center, Location segment based on the employee default expense account. I see during creation of account rule for ppm sla there is no such input source that I can use to derive cost center Segment Value , location Segment Value of the employee record

If any ideas you may have to point me towards building this. Please let me know.
