Value set: Value or description to be displayed on the job requisition?

Summary:

I created a DFF with a value set, each value is created with a value and a description,

I need these values in French & English langage but it seems that I cannot translate the value but it is the value that it's displayed on the job requisition (and the search filtre.....)

how can I do to display the Description instead of the value?
