HDL Fast Formula returns blank rows which are not expected

Hi,

I have build HCM Data Loader Fast Formulas to pick comma-delimited file and prepare HDL format for Element Entry and Element Entry With Costing. This is done by using delivered Payroll Flow - Load Data From File. This process is generating additional blank rows which are not expected. THe input file count matches with the HDL file count when we exclude blank rows.

There is no issue while HDL Loads data to system
