Error creating Chat - Chat not created, check business unit id.

Summary:

When attempting to create a chat in the DCS application, I obtain the following error: Chat not created, check business unit id.

Content (required):

When a new chat is started, the error Chat not created, check business unit id is displayed in the chat dialog box. When I open the Chrome developer tools, I see that the call to the endpoint chatAuthenticate fails with the error 502 Bad Gateway
