Reverse Partial Payment - Employee Overpaid

Summary:

An employee was inadvertently paid a vacation cashout in his paycheck. Payroll has voided the payments but needs to correct the total amount. (adjust for year to date)

Note the Cashout is a supplemental payment and creates separate entries but is included in the Calculate Payroll and Calculate Prepayments for the entire week

Content (required):

As stated above, the employee was not supposed to have a vacation cashout but the payroll has already executed and closed for the week. They need to remove a partial amount from his pay.

The 314.98 is part of the 1735.36 as noted below.
