Termination Reasons & Salary in Workforce Trend to measure Turnover

When adding Termination Reasons (Action Reason), the terminations sum up correctly, but the Headcounts are inaccurate. Salary data doesn't populate.

Content (required):

I'm building a turnover report that includes IG, Person Type (Bins), Gender, Ethnicity, Length of Service (Bins), Job Code to determine Executive/Non-Executive (Bins), Bonus Target, Annualized Salary (Bins), Equity (Bins), Career Framework & Manager data. I'm also adding Bins to the Area and Branch to filter function and subfunction. The report will be filtered by Staff & Management only. All fields pull from the Workforce Trend subject area, except Equity Target, HR Action Name & Action Reason (Worker Assignment Event), along with the annualized salary (Salary History Details). I'm trying to use the Period Start & Period End Headcounts, along
