Valueset for Person Profile , Content Section

Summary:

Hi All,

We wanted to create a new content section under Person Profile->Person. Its certification type.Could you please let me know where can we find the value set.I have create one from manage valusets with module as

profiles.But its not visible, when i try to add it to the new content section.

Can anyone suggest.Attached screenshot for reference.
