Payroll Flow Pattern-Next Task is not getting Triggered incase of Alert in Current Task

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to add a custom report in Seeded Load Data from File Flow Pattern. So we have copied the seeded copied Load data from File and added Run BI Publisher Task in flow but the problem is during processing Initiate HCM Data Loader if even one of the record is failing in HDL load then the process in going in "Completed with Alert" and due to which it is not triggering the Next Task(Run BI Publisher). So can you please help us with any logic to overcome this issue so that incase current task go in Warning/Alert it should not stop the process and navigate to the other task automatically(without Manual Intervention).
