Customer Scenario:

Customer has an existing DBs in on-prem that they are migrating to the Oracle Cloud (ExaCS). Currently, customer uses AES256 encryption in on-prem DBs.

They want to extract the private key from the wallet (OnPrem), import it into OCI vault and configure DB in OCI to use it.

In this exercise, configuring DB in OCI is failing.
