Compensation Fast Formula information and samples

Summary: Is there a URL or book with IN DEPTH information and samples for Compensation Fast Formulas? I have the Oracle Docs URL and it has very good information. I also have the training subscription. I am looking for more real world examples. For example, I want my total comp formula to call another formula that will be used in Workforce Comp as well as Total Comp. This is just one of many examples.

If I call a Comp Default and Override formula will it take the Total Comp person ID as a natural input?
