Multiple Salary basis for same country
Summary:
Content (required):
Hi team,
I need to create multiple salary basis for the same country and I am wondering what is the best practice. Can I use the same element for a different salary basis? What is the impact of not using different elements?
Example: One country
Salary basis annually/monthly/hourly but all of them associated to just an element called salary basis.
Can it work or it's better to create 3 different elements?
Thanks,
GF
