Curious about Benefits Module Capabilities

Hi community,

I have not used Benefits Module before, so I know next to nothing about the module and the extent of the capabilities offered... curious if there are any great resources available that cover the capabilities in a short & sweet fashion that you recommend ? Apart from the User and Implementation manuals?

And/or curious about the below:

-Can the Oracle Benefits module display plans to workers based on the logged in user’s eligibility?

-Can the Oracle Benefits module provide support in the form of explanatory videos etc?

-Does Oracle Benefits provide some sort of Benefit Concierge support to users during the process of enrollment (i.e., Q & A to provide guidance to the end-user on a recommended plan to enroll in?)
