Full Period Leave is resulting to a payment that is higher/lower than salary

Salary Basis are Monthly

When employees are on leave for the whole period, their earnings is greater/less than the semi-month salary.

Content (required):

Scenario 1 

Paid leave for the whole pay period May 16-31 2022

Data/Transaction

Salary of Employee = 25,700 per month

Employee Schedule = Monday-Friday 8 hours/day

Semi-monthly Salary = 12,850

Record a Paid Leave for May 16-31


Result of Payroll for May 16-31

Paid Leave = 14233.85


Issue: Paid Leave is greater than the Semi-Monthly Salary of the employee
