IP Recognition for ORC Access - To Specify Language

Is there a way that ORC can look at the IP address and use some sort of Recognition to see the users location/preferences and then Match the Language?

So for example they are on our Career Site and go through the Map and select their country and region and it puts the Job Req details in their national language

e.g. "https://la.careers.com/es" so "Spanish"

But when it feed into ORC it doesn't currently look at "ES" so pushes it through as "EN" English
