Summary:

We need a way to calculate and report on Employee Commute distance to support our Environmental, Social and Governance reporting. In our legacy data warehouse we were able to leverage a geocode table that allowed us to calculate distance from center of one zip code to another. Is there anything available through OTBI that would allow us to do something similar for HCM?

This metric is also something we found to be relevant in determining the likelihood someone will be at a higher risk of leaving the organization.
