Configure Disability Language by Legal Employer

Summary:

We have a requirement to use two different forms for gathering EEO, Disability and Veteran information. Some of our client's legal employers are federal contractors and some are not, so they want to use the below form for federal contractors, and their own separate form for those that aren't at time of application and at time of hire.
