Account not fully provisioned for two weeks.

Content (required):

I'd like to switch my "free tier" account to a paid one, but there's no active subscription: the upgrade page says "Your account provisioning is in progress." and there are "No subscriptions found for compartment" messages in the browser console. It has been this way for two weeks now. I've contacted support via chat twice, they said they opened a bug report (33972232) but there was no communication from anyone about this since last week.

Frankly, I would have given up on this already, if I haven't been so impressed by other aspects of what OCI has to offer... Can anyone here help me with this issue?
