PRC: SQL to get the Cost Center Owner approver's email address on Requisitions

Summary:

We are currently investigating the process of being able to extract the Cost Center Approver email address. The cost center owner approval is setup in the second stage of requisition approvals, however, we are not able to get the correct information to display. Please see the code below.

SQL was refined, and when searching for a specific requisition number, it only shows three records for all searches and requisitions (and there are more than that, that approved requisitions) - it also does not align with what is displayed on the front-end to the end-user. Please can someone assist in 'correcting' the SQL, or correcting the tables/fields used.
