Can we default Assignment status post termination in termination flow to "Inactive-No Payroll"
Summary:
- Need to default Assignment status post termination in termination flow to "Inactive-No Payroll" only for CWKs.
- The default set at the default assignment status for HR Status inactive is "Inactive- Payroll Eligible". This is true for Employees. But when we enter termination for CWKs, the system defaults the assignment status post termination under "Termination Info" region to "Inactive-Payroll Eligible".
- User need to make sure they change this status to "Inactive-No Payroll" before submitting the transaction to avoid having downstream impacts.
- Is it possible to default assignment status using autocomplete? Since this is the proposed assignment status post term date, I don't see any such attribute to default in the autocomplete rule.
