How to remove talent rating edition by the manager

Hello everyone! 

We would like the Manager to not be able to edit or create the Talent Rating from the profile, only from the Talent Review.

So I went to Profile -> Profile Content Section Access and added the role with only View checked. I then regenerated the roles, but my manager still has the possibility to modify them.

I also went to security, but I had no more success...

Any idea, anyone ?
