Termination of Contractor: Validation on termination date

Dear all

I wrote a rule on When & Why to validate if the termination date = projected end date. This is approved use case #12 (COE00563).

When validating this, I get an error message stating:

Exception in expression "oracle.apps.hcm.actions.core.publicModel.entity.ActionOccurrencesEO" validation rule "Contractor_Validation_on_projected_end_date" : java.lang.IllegalArgumentException : value of year must be greater than 0

at "oracle.apps.hcm.actions.core.publicModel.entity.ActionOccurrencesEO" validation rule "Contractor_Validation_on_projected_end_date" line 6

Can anyone please assist?

Many thanks in advance!

Kind regards
