Is there a link between Contact and Bank account?

Summary:

We want to develop a report which list all the active bank account with their specific contacts.

I have been able to link the 2 using BI publisher and the table HZ_DATA_CLD_PERSON_ENRICH_V and CE_BANK_ACCOUNTS_CE_V with the column HZ_DATA_CLD_PERSON_ENRICH_V.ORG_PARTY_ID and CE_BANK_ACCOUNTS_CE_V.BANK_ID

Problem is, the link is on the bank only not the bank account. Meaning that if I enter a contact in a specific bank account, now every bank account related to the same Bank will have this contact.
