Content (required):

Is there a way to get around the Termination Headcount to where the terms with an effective date of the last day of the month don't count in the next month's count?

Currently is someone terms on 9/30 then they are included on the October termination count, instead of the September termination count. I understand that technically they are still here on 9/30, but we would like to count those associates in the September number. We have a Turnover Report that shows total terms for the month and its confusing when you pull a Termination Report separately and have a different number than they total on the TO Dashboard shows.
