Specific Job people data should not be searched or viewed in Employee Summary Quick Action

Summary:

The Pensioners (it is a job type) data should not be searched or viewed in Employee Summary Quick Action if our user is having our customized Line Manager Role.

I have written a SQL in custom criteria of a person data security profile and attached to our customised role to restrict pensioners data but it is working in all actions like in Employment Info, Document Records, Etc. but the Pensioners data is getting searched only Employee Summary.

I want to know how employee summary search results are different from remaining all other tasks search results?

How can I apply restriction to Employee summary search result also.
