Agency Hiring Tile not displaying requisitions even when agent has already been invited

Hello,

Has anyone experienced the Agency Hiring Tile not displaying any requisitions? Agents are being asked to refer candidates, and the notification is appearing in the bell, but nothing appears when clicking on Agency Hiring. Agents were created using Setup & Maintenance and weren't created using the Security Console. Any ideas?
