Is it possible to add position code to the context area of an application question?

Summary: Is it possible to add position code to the context area of an application question? We'd like to add DQ questions to specific positions i.e. for a Water Plant Operator, position code 2120, if they check no, they do not possess water plant operation certificate, then they would be auto-DQed.
