How/Where to specify ( Phase 1 ) and ( Phase 2 ) in IPSec Tunnel?

Hi everyone,

I am creating a Site-to-Site VPN between a partner on-premises data center with our OCI region.

The Site-to-Site VPN has been created. However, our partner asked us to configure ( Phase 1 ) and ( Phase 2 ) of the IPSec Tunnel

How and Where to specify such configurations in OCI console?

Any help would be appreciated
