EMPS REST API is not working

Hi,


When I use the following REST API in post man it says 403 Forbidden

https://abc-test.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/emps/

I have Human Capital Management Integration specialist role attached to my username
