We have 3 OAC instances and all are functioning correctly, but only one properly prompts for AD federated credentials on log in.

Content (required):

We have 3 OAC instances. 2 are in one child compartment and 1 in a different child compartment. The two that are together, when navigating to the URL directly, are prompting for Oracle Cloud credentials (rather than Federated AD credentials). I don't see anywhere the federated credentials are configured at the OAC level. Once logged in to OCI/OAC, all OAC instances are accessible. If I sign in to OAC Sandbox, I'm correctly prompted to choose a federated AD account and authentication occurs correctly. If i attempt to sign in to OAC Test or OAC
