Goals not getting assigned to employees

Hello,

I have run the process to attach the goals to employees. However, once the process is completed and succeeded, the goals are not showing in the goal plan for the employee. Attaching the screenshot of the goal plan. Let me what else needs to be checked so I can investigate further.
