I was provided with quota for VCN as 2 however unable to create 2nd one.

Hi Team,

I am using free tenancy for Oracle Employee and provided with 2 VCN quota however unable to create 2nd one due to error message that says "The following service limits were exceeded: vcn-count. Request a service limit increase from the service limits page in the console"
