Locked out of always free

My account is completely broken - I can't login to access my Always Free tier

Seems like Always Free is really only free for 60 days?

The only error is: Your account has been disabled due to either tenant/user disable operation.

I can't re-start a trial or get access to my free VM's content. Is this by design?
