User POV selection screen in Web Reporting (FR) does not filter as per user security

Summary:When selecting member for user POV, user security is not applied and can see all members of the dimension

Content (required): When the FR report is run through Repository or Task list (via SmartCut URL), the user pov selection screen does not filter out as per user security and shows the entire dimension hierarchy. But when we run the same from "REPORTS" on homepage that is filtered as per user security. Need a solution for this to work in a tasklist because user is familiar with that and it will be a break in the process to move to reports screen while all other activities are done using task list
