Summary:

I am looking for a seeded or custom OTBI/BIPublisher report where there will be parameters like Language, Qualifications, Skills ,Work Preferences etc. (Talent Profile Categories)

User will select the parameters and report will display the Employees who fulfill all the conditions

Like User will be able to search the employees who are willing to travel and speaks Spanish and are Bachelor of Science
