PGP Signed for HCM Extract

Hi

How can we use PGP - Signed Encryption Mode in HCM Extract for outbound. And Signing for outbound files uses the Oracle HCM Cloud private key. So how this HCM private key can be used to sign the customer public key. What is the process please ?
