The ORC "Time to Hire" Feature > How is the calculation done / What Parameters are considered

Summary:

The "Time to Hire" Feature > How is the calculation done / What Parameters are considered

We are looking to enable it, But also look forward to know what action steps can be taken once we know that the time to Hire is High. Would like to know, What Parameters does Oracle look at when increasing or decreasing the time to Hire.

What can we potentially look at and get insights,

Does Higher number of applicants means more time to Hire ?

If there are some People are in Offer state, Does the oracle logic say, This requisition could be filled soon ?

Howdy, Stranger!
